OPEN POSITIONS
Job Title: Commercial Glazier
Location: Onsite – In Person
Position: Full Time
Primary Responsibilities:
-
Installation of all types of glass or products used where glass would normally be installed or replaced.
-
Installation of curtain wall and partitions for interior and exterior buildings.
-
Replacement of glass in storefronts and commercial buildings
-
Proficiently install aluminum framing for all types for glazing applications including curtain wall construction.

Ability to use common hand tools such as drill motors, chop saws, screw guns, suction cups
-
Safe use of equipment associated with glass and frame installation such as cranes, forklifts and aerial lift equipment.

Ability to install and adjust storefront and Hercules entry doors.
-
Valid driver’s license/ Dependable transportation required for jobsite reporting.

Willingness to work as a team member.

Meet or exceed attendance standards.

Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Applicant must pass pre-employment physical including drug screening.
Pay/Benefits:

Pay: $22 - $45 per hour, based on experience

Job Title: Glazier Trainee
Location: Onsite – In Person
Position: Full Time
Primary Responsibilities:

Fabricating aluminum extrusions and operating various machines including CNC (is a plus), power saws, drill press, router, notching machine.

Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions.

Ability to use the following tools: grinders, drill press, drill motors, chop saws, screw guns, and handling of glass.

Dependable transportation required for shop reporting.

Willingness to work as a team with other team members.
-
Ability to lift 50 pounds.

The ability to drive company vehicles as necessary.

Job Title: Estimator
Location: Onsite – In Person
Position: Full Time
Qualifications/Special Skills:
-
A minimum of five (5) years estimating and/or project management experience with glass and aluminum systems including storefront, curtain wall, sliding glass doors for commercial glass projects.

Ability to read and analyze architectural plans, elevations, and design takeoffs to identify project requirements, determine scope and develop accurate costing for labor, materials, and equipment.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-
Submit 100% of bids and budgets by the bid deadline.
-
Efficiently perform all stages of an estimate including project selection, estimate organization, take-off, pricing, review, and closeout.
-
Effectively communicate project progress/status with management, subcontractors, and vendors.
-
Accurately input take-offs into computer spreadsheets.
-
Demonstrate creativity and resourcefulness to gain better pricing.
-
Excellent client relationship skills.
-
Strong work ethic, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
-
Proficient use of Microsoft Office products, adaptable to new software and processes.
Pay:

$70,000 - $100,000 Salary
Schedule: 8 Hour - Monday-Friday
