OPEN POSITIONS

Job Title:  Project Manager 

Location: Onsite – In Person

Position: Full Time

Qualifications/Special Skills:

  • Applicants are required to have 5+ years commercial glass or construction related experience.

  • Ability to read, review and analyze project drawings for accuracy and value engineering.

  • Competency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.), Sage software.

  • AutoCAD experience is a plus.

Essential Functions:

  • Create, coordinate and track RFIs, submittals, change orders and material orders for approval.

  • Request and track shop drawings, samples.

  • Prepare and monitor cost estimates and project schedules.

  • Candidates must have effective oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong organization/time management skills .

  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Good attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies.

  • The ability to meet deadlines.

  • Travel to local job sites and/or general contractor offices as required.

  • Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Pay:

  • $75,000 - $110,000 Salary

Job Title:  Glazier

Location: In Person

Position: Full Time

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Installation of all types of glass or products used where glass would normally be installed or replaced.

  • Installation of curtain walls and partitions for interior and exterior buildings.

  • Replacement of glass in storefronts and commercial buildings

  • Fabrication and installation of extruded aluminum framing for all types of storefronts, slope glazing, window wall and curtain wall construction.

  • Ability to use the following tools: measuring tape, drills, grinders, hammers, drill motors, chop saws, screw guns, and glass lifting apparatus.

  • Use of equipment associated with glass and frame installation such as cranes, forklifts and high reach equipment.

  • Ability to install and adjust doors.

  • Dependable transportation required for jobsite reporting.

  • Willingness to work as a team with other team members.

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.

  • Ability to drive company vehicles as necessary.

Job Title:  Glazier Trainee / Shop Fabricator

Location: Onsite

Position: Full Time

Under the direction of the Production Manager, an individual must be able to perform each overall duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are the representative of the knowledge, skill, additional qualifications, and/or ability required. We are currently seeking a full-time shop fabricator to perform hands on operation of various machines including CNC (a plus) for the fabrication and assembly of architectural aluminum storefront framing.

Qualifications/Special Skills:

  • Construction experience - 1 year preferred

Essential Functions

  • Fabricating aluminum extrusions and operating various machines including CNC (is a plus), power saws, drill press, router, notching machine.

  • Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions.

  • Ability to use the following tools: grinders, drill press, drill motors, chop saws, screw guns, and handling of glass.

  • Dependable transportation required for shop reporting.

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.

  • The ability to drive company vehicles as necessary.

  • Applicant must pass pre-employment background check, physical and drug screening.

  • Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
